摘  要:纸基传感器(如pH值和验孕纸)是目前在化学/生物分析相关领域最有前途的传感器,因为分析人员更喜欢在无需分析仪器的帮助下进行现场和实时/视觉检测。本文综述了荧光可视化纸基传感器在目标物中视觉定性/定量分析方面的研究进展:1)利用荧光纳米材料的优点,如宽激发波长、窄/可调发射、表面修饰灵活性等,设计一些在试纸上进行比色分析的新策略;2)通过纳米材料表面的分子工程,建立合理的光谱响应机制并设计出具有超灵敏可视化能力的荧光纳米探针,旨在实现对目标分析物进行现场和实时/通用的视觉检测;3)然后通过将纳米荧光探针应用于喷墨打印试纸的油墨中,极大地克服了试纸在可靠性和再现性方面的技术挑战。因此,荧光可视化纸基传感器对目标分析物的快速检测提供了新的方式。Paper-based sensors(e.g.,pH and pregnancy test paper)are the most promising sensors in the field of chemi⁃cal/biological analysis,because analysts prefer on-site and real-time/visual detection without the aid of analytical instru⁃ments.Herein,this paper reviews the research progress of fluorescent visualization paper-based sensors in visual qualita⁃tive/quantitative analysis of targets:1)Utilizing the biggest advantages of fluorescent nanomaterials,such as wide excita⁃tion wavelength,narrow/tunable emission,surface modification flexibility and so on to design some new colorimetric anal⁃ysis on test strips strategies;2)Through the molecular engineering of nanomaterial surface,a fluorescent nanoprobe with ultra-sensitive visualization capability was established and a reasonable design of spectral response was described,aim⁃ing at real-time and real-time/general visual inspection of target analytes;3)By applying the nano fluorescent probe to the ink of the inkjet printing test paper,the technical challenge of the test paper in terms of reliability and reproducibility is greatly overcome.Therefore,the innovation of fluorescent visualization paper-based sensors provides a new direction for the rapid detection of target analytes.
