摘 要:为了提高沥青路用性能和材料性能,将具有热稳定性好,抗氧化能力强,抗老化等特点的特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)作为天然改性剂来制备改性沥青,以道路工程理论为指导,通过正交试验方法进行大量科学实验,分析不同TLA掺量、转速、反应时间、加热温度下沥青的各项性能指标,得到TLA改性沥青25℃针入度、15℃延度、软化点、135℃旋转黏度、RTFOT后老化针入度等的变化规律。从而确定了TLA改性沥青最佳制备工艺:TLA掺量为30%,转速为4000 r/min,反应时间为40 min,加热温度为180℃,为提高沥青力学性能提供了一种改性新思路。In order to improve the pavement performance and material performance of asphalt,Trinidad Lake asphalt(TLA)is used as a natural modifier to prepare modified asphalt.Guided by road engineering theory since it has the char⁃acteristics of good thermal stability,strong oxidation resistance and aging resistance.A large number of scientific experi⁃ments are carried out through orthogonal test method to analyze the asphalt under different TLA content,rotational speed,reaction time and heating temperature.Various performances of TLA modified asphalt were obtained,such as 25℃penetration,15℃ductility,softening point,135℃rotating viscosity,aging penetration after RTFOT,etc.The optimum preparation process of TLA modified asphalt was determined as follows:TLA content 30%,rotating speed 4000 r/min,reaction time 40 min,heating temperature 180℃.It has provided a new way to improve the mechanical properties of asphalt.
