摘 要:导磁材料的磁性和热膨胀性能对石英挠性加速度计中力矩器的稳定性有重大影响,通过软磁直流磁性测试仪、激光膨胀仪研究了不同热处理温度、不同测试温度对4J32A合金的磁性能、磁性温度稳定性及热膨胀系数的影响规律。结果表明,软磁合金热处理方法适用于处理4J32A合金导磁体;热处理后,4J32A合金的磁导率、矫顽力和剩磁性能大幅改善。热处理温度对合金软磁性能的温度稳定性影响不大。4J32A合金的μ_m平均温度系数在10^(-4)数量级,B_s、B_r、H_c的平均温度系数在10^(-3)数量级。The magnetic and thermal expansion properties of the magnetic materials have a great influence on the stability of the torque device in the quartz flexible accelerometer.The effects of different heat treatment temperature and test temperature on the magnetic properties,magnetic temperature stability and thermal expansion coefficient of 4 J32 A alloy were studied by using the soft magnetic DC magnetic tester and laser expansion tester.The results show that the heat treatment of soft magnetic alloy is suitable for 4 J32 A alloy,and the permeability,coercive force and remanence of 4 J32 A alloy are greatly improved after heat treatment.The heat treatment temperature has little effect on the temperature stability of the soft magnetic properties of the alloy.The average temperature coefficient ofμm of 4 J32 A alloy is in the order of 10-4,and that of Bs,Br and Hc is in the order of 10-3.
