一例猪蓝耳病与猪圆环病毒病混合感染的诊断报告

摘　　要：2019年河南某猪场暴发了一起以仔猪消瘦,大批死亡为特征的传染病。为了确定致病病原,研究团队对患病猪场进行了流行病学调查,根据临床症状和病理剖检确定了疑似病原,再通过对猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、高致病性猪蓝耳病病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)4种疑似病原进行PCR和RT-PCR实验室诊断,最终确诊为猪蓝耳病病毒与猪圆环病毒2型的混合感染。In 2019,a pig farm of Henan has broken out an infectious disease characterized by weight loss and mass deaths of piglets.In order to determine the pathogen,we conducted an epidemiological investigation on the aff ected pig farms,and determined the suspected pathogen based on clinical symptoms and pathological examinations.Then,we tested the swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV),the highly pathogenic blue-ear disease virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus virus(PCV)four suspected pathogen PCR and rt-pcr laboratory diagnosis,eventually diagnosed with blue-ear virus disease mixed with infection of porcine circovirus virus type 2.
