摘 要:目的研制一种应用3D打印技术制作的耳部备皮标识卡尺,并探讨其在患者耳部备皮中的临床应用效果。方法选择2015年10月—2016年10月在本院耳鼻喉科住院需进行耳周备皮的90例患者作为研究对象,将使用3D打印技术制作的耳部备皮标识卡尺进行耳周备皮的45例设为观察组,采用常规指量方法备皮的45例设为对照组;观察两组患者患耳周围术野的皮肤及毛发是否符合手术要求,备皮区皮肤有无破损、擦伤,备皮所用时间,患者舒适度及对护理用具使用方便程度。结果观察组备皮范围较对照组更符合手术要求,备皮区皮肤无破损、擦伤,备皮所用时间更短,患者舒适度及对护理用具使用方便程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印的耳部备皮标识卡尺使得备皮面积准确可调,方便了护士的工作,提高了患者的舒适度,能够保证备皮过程中的安全。Objective To develop an ear tissue marker caliper made by 3D printing technology and to explore its clinical effect in ear tissue preparation of patients.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016,90 cases of patients who were admitted to the department of otolaryngology,the second hospital of Jilin university and needed to have periauricular skin preparation were selected as the study objects.In this study,45 cases of periauricular skin preparation using 3D printing label calipers were set as the observation group,and 45 cases of periauricular skin preparation using conventional finger measurement method were set as the control group.To observe whether the skin and hair in the operating field around the affected ear of the two groups of patients met the surgical requirements,whether the skin in the preparation area was damaged or bruised,the time taken to prepare the skin,the comfort level of the patients and the convenience of using the nursing equipment.Results The scope of skin preparation in the observation group was more in line with the surgical requirements than that in the control group.There was no skin damage or abrasion in the skin preparation area,and the skin preparation time was shorter.The comfort level of patients and the convenience of using nursing appliances were higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The 3D printed label calipers for ear preparation makes the area of preparation accurate and adjustable,and to facilitate the work of nurses,improves the comfort of patients,and to ensure the safety of the preparation process.
