临床护理对糖尿病患者胰岛素泵效果与生活质量评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者胰岛素泵治疗过程中采用临床护理的效果及对患者生活质量评分的影响。方法选择2018年6月—2019年6月本院收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各30例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组采用临床护理,两组均连续干预3个月,对比两组干预效果。结果与对照组相比,干预前研究组各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05),干预后研究组患者血糖值、糖化血红蛋白值低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者不良事件发生率低于对照组、QOL评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用胰岛素泵治疗的糖尿病患者配合临床护理,可有效提升患者干预整体效果,稳定患者的血糖值,降低不良事件发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing in the treatment of diabetic patients using insulin pump and its effect on quality of life(QOL)score.Methods 60 cases of diabetes patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,the study group was treated with clinical nursing,and the two groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in all indicators in the study group before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood glucose value and glycosylated hemoglobin value of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the QOL score was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with diabetes treated with insulin pump combined with clinical nursing could effectively improve the overall effect of intervention,stabilize the blood glucose level,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the quality of life.
