涤纶与雅赛尔色纺高支纱研究与产品开发

摘　　要：为研究开发涤纶与雅赛尔色纺高支纱线,采用1.56 dtex×38 mm规格原液着色涤纶纤维、1.22dtex×38 mm规格雅赛尔纤维混纺9.8 tex高支纱。通过介绍设计理念、灵感来源、原料选择,以及雅赛尔纤维染色研究、关键工序工艺研究与质量控制,实现高支纱在高档针织女装上的应用。结果表明,色纺高支纱产品附加值高,盈利空间大,市场前景广阔,可为相关领域的研究提供参考。In order to research and develop polyester/Gracell blended high-count melange yarn, 1.56 dtex×38 mm dope dyed polyester fiber and 1.22 dtex×38 mm Gracell fiber blended to spin 9.8 tex high-count yarn are used in this paper. Through the introduction of design concepts, sources of inspiration, selection of raw materials,research on Gracell fiber dyeing, key process research and quality control, the application of high-count yarns in high-end women’s knitting clothing is realized. The results show that high-count melange yarn products have high added value, large profit margins, and broad market prospects, which can provide references for research in related fields.
