摘 要:为促进阻燃织物的研究与发展,系统介绍近年来国内外对阻燃织物的探索历程,以芳纶、黏胶、棉纤维为原料,按照既定参数上机织造3种阻燃织物,测试织物的厚度、面密度、断裂强力和撕破强力,并进行垂直燃烧试验、热防护试验和水洗试验,分析比较水洗前后织物的阻燃性能变化。结果表明,水洗后3种织物的阻燃性能和热防护性能均下降;织物成分为35%芳纶1414纤维和65%黏胶纤维的3号织物,在水洗前后的阻燃性和热防护性要明显优于阻燃整理的1号纯棉织物和2号纯芳纶1313织物。In order to promote the research and development of flame retardant fabrics,this article systematically introduces the exploration process of flame-retardant fabrics at home and abroad in recent years. Three kinds of flame-retardant fabrics were woven on the machine according to the established parameters from aramid, viscose and cotton fibers. The thickness, surface density, breaking strength and tearing strength of the fabrics were tested,and the vertical combustion test, thermal protection test and washing test were carried out to analyze and compare the flame retardancy changes of the fabric before and after water-washing. The results show that the flame retardancy and thermal protection of three kinds of fabrics decreased after water-washing. No.3 fabric with 35% aramid fiber 1414 and 65% viscose fiber were better than No.1 cotton fabric and No.2 pure aramid fiber 1313 fabric.
