摘  要:目前B超诊疗技术使用率高,但B超探头存在严重的细菌污染和消毒腐蚀问题。针对这一现象,文中以聚季铵盐-1为杀菌剂,通过检测5款常用无纺布的非挥发性组分,选择湿巾无纺布的材质,并测试无纺布的质量性能,用试管二倍稀释法测试聚季铵盐-1的最低杀菌浓度,并检测该浓度下的金属腐蚀性以及pH值,通过载体定量杀菌试验湿巾的消毒效果,设计一款适用于B超探头消毒的湿巾。结果表明,涤纶黏胶混纺的无纺布最为适宜,它的吸水率为763.7%,厚度为0.4 mm,无荧光物质,灭菌后无细菌,符合要求。聚季铵盐-1的最低杀菌浓度为15 mg/L,pH值为7.08,金属腐蚀性符合标准要求。湿巾含液倍数为4时,杀菌率即可达到99.99%,为可应用在B超探头等医疗器械消毒的湿巾提供研发方案。The use of B-ultrasound therapy technology is high, but the B-ultrasound probe has serious bacterial contamination and disinfection corrosion problems. In view of the above phenomenon, disinfecting wipes used in medical devices such as ultra-probes are still vacant. In view of the above problems, this paper uses PoLyquaternium-1 as a fungicide to design a wet wipe suitable for B-ultrasound probe. By testing the non-volatile components of five commonly used non-woven fabrics, which choose non-woven wipes. The material of the cloth, and test the quality performance of the non-woven fabric, the lowest bactericidal concentration of polyquaternary ammonium saLt-1 was tested by the method of two-fold dilution in test tube, and the metal corrosion and pH value at this concentration were detected. The disinfection effect of the wet wipes was tested by a carrier quantitative sterilization test. The results showed that the non-woven polyester viscose blended fabric was the most suitable, with water absorption rate of 763.7% and a thickness of 0.4 mm. The minimum bactericidal concentration of polyquaternary ammonium saLt-1 is 15 mg/L, the pH value is 7.08, and the metal corrosivity meets the standard requirements. When the liquid content of wet towel is 4 m, the sterilization rate can reach 99.99%.
