归脾汤加减治疗老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症的效果和安全性观察

摘　　要：目的:分析归脾汤加减治疗老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症的效果和安全性观察。方法:选取我院2018年2月至2019年10月收治的40例老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症患者,自由组合将其分成实验组和对照组,每组各20例,对照组采取阿普唑仑治疗,实验组采取阿普唑仑联合归脾汤加减治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分以及安全性。结果:实验组的总有效率(95.00%),明显高于对照组(70.00%),(P<0.05);两组治疗前中医证候积分对比差异不明显(P>0.05);实验组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现不良反应(P<0.05)。结论:归脾汤加减治疗老年心脾两虚型帕金森病失眠症的临床疗效确切,用药安全性较高,因此值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of Guipi Decoction in the treatment of insomnia of Parkinson’s disease with heart and spleen deficiency.Methods:Observation subjects were elderly patients with Parkinson’s disease and insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency(40 cases)diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019.They were divided into experimental group and control group freely,and the control group(20 Example)take alprazolam,the experimental group(20 cases)take alprazolam combined with Guipi Decoction,and compare the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and safety of the two groups of patients.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%).The comparison between the groups was(P<0.05);the comparison of the TCM syndrome scores before the treatment between the two groups,the comparison between the groups(P>0.05);the experimental group After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes were lower than those in the control group,compared between groups(P<0.05);no adverse reactions occurred between the two groups of patients.Conclusion:The modified Guipi Decoction is effective in the treatment of insomnia of Parkinson’s disease due to the deficiency of heart and spleen in elderly patients.
