摘 要:为了研究高炉喷吹煤粉的流动性,使用直剪仪测量了神华烟煤、百善无烟煤、兰炭和焦炭的内摩擦角,并进一步引入颗粒形状参数和维氏硬度对内摩擦角的变化规律进行了定量分析。结果表明,内摩擦角数值与A/C的值(边界矩形长宽比与颗粒凹凸度之比)呈正相关,两变量线性拟合后各煤种相关系数分别为0.9132、0.9960、0.8094和0.9982,A/C值可以较好地表征内摩擦角变化趋势;煤的维氏硬度对颗粒间咬合摩擦影响较大,硬度值为32.2时测得的样品内摩擦角最大,煤质硬度的变化可以较好地解释不同煤种内摩擦角的大小差异。In order to evaluate the flowability of pulverized coal injection in blast furnace,the internal friction angle of Shenhua bituminous coal,Baishan anthracite coal,semi-coke and coke were measured using a straight shear instrument.The variation of the angle of internal friction was quantitative analysis based on measurement of the two parameters,particle shape and Vickers hardness.The results showed that the value of the internal friction angle was positively correlated with A/C(aspect ratio to convexity),and the correlation coefficients of the two variables after fitting were 0.9132,0.9960,0.8094and 0.9982,respectively.The value of A/Ccould characterize the changing trend of the friction angle better.The Vickers hardness of coal had a greater influence on the inter-particle occlusal friction.The value of the angle of internal friction would reach a maximum when Vickers hardness of the sample was 32.2.Therefore,the hardness could explain the difference of the friction angle between different coal types.
