摘 要:以异丙醇铝为原料,稀硝酸为溶胶剂,采用溶胶-油氨柱法制备具有多孔结构的球形γ-Al2O3。探究不同碳链长度的醇对产物多孔结构的影响,利用XRD、FTIR、SEM、TG-DTG、比表面积及孔径分析仪对产物进行结构表征。结果表明,醇的种类对球形γ-Al2O3的多孔结构产生影响,其中碳链越长的醇,制备出的球形γ-Al2O3孔结构越丰富;加入正己醇所制备的球形γ-Al2O3比表面积较大,可达到270.9m^2/g。所制备的球形γ-Al2O3具有高球形度、丰富的孔结构,可进一步应用于催化、吸附等领域。Sphericalγ-Al2O3 with porous structure was prepared by sol-oil-ammonia drop method using aluminum isopropoxide as raw material,dilute nitric acid as solving agent.The effects of alcohols with different carbon chain lengths as pore-expanding agents on the porous structure of the product were investigated.The structure of the product was characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM,TG-DTG,specific surface area and pore size analyzer.The results showed that the types of organic alcohols had an effect on the porous structure of sphericalγ-Al2O3.The longer the carbon chain alcohol was,the more abundant the sphericalγ-Al2O3 pore structure was.The specific surface area of sphericalγ-Al2O3 prepared by adding n-hexanol was larger,reaching 270.9 m^2/g.The sphericalγ-Al2O3 had high degree of sphericity and abundant pore structure,which can be further used in catalysis,adsorption and other fields.
