摘  要:采用水相法制备了聚天冬氨酸-聚丙烯酸互穿网络(PASP/PAA IPN)水凝胶,通过正交实验优化其制备工艺。利用FTIR、SEM、TGA和DSC对PASP/PAAIPN水凝胶的结构及性能进行表征,考察了PASP/PAAIPN水凝胶在不同温度及pH条件下的吸水率,最后作为保水剂进行芹菜盆栽实验。结果表明,互穿网络组成对水凝胶的稳定性和吸水性具有明显的影响,最终工艺条件为聚琥珀酰亚胺3 g、丙烯酸2 mL、交联剂乙二醇二缩水甘油醚1 g、交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺16 mg,在该条件下得到PASP/PAA IPN水凝胶吸液倍率为266 g/g,吸盐水倍率为63g/g,具有良好的热性能、pH敏感性和温度敏感性。盆栽实验证明,PASP/PAAIPN水凝胶无论正常浇水还是干旱胁迫下,芹菜生长情况、光合速率及叶绿素含量均优于市售PAA保水剂,对应的光合速率较PAA保水剂分别高7.82%和53.40%;叶绿素含量较PAA保水剂分别高58.33%和249.70%。Poly(aspartic acid)-poly(acrylic acid)(PASP/PAA IPN)interpenetrating network hydrogel was prepared by aqueous phase method and its preparation process was optimized by orthogonal experiment.The structure and properties of PASP/PAA interpenetrating network hydrogel were characterized by FTIR,SEM,TGA and DSC.The water absorption at different temperatures and p H values was investigated.Finally,the prepared hydrogel was used as water retaining agent for pot experiment of celery.The results showed that the composition of the interpenetrating network had a significant effect on the stability and water absorption of hydrogel.The final process conditions were selected as follows:polysuccinimide 3 g,acrylic acid 2 m L,crosslinker ethylenediamine diglycidyl ether 1 g and N,N′-methylene bisacrylamide 16 mg.Under these conditions,the prepared PASP/PAA interpenetrating network hydrogel exhibited good thermal properties,pH sensitivity and temperature sensitivity,and the water absorption were 266 g/g in distilled water and 63 g/g in saline.The pot experiment revealed that the growth,photosynthetic rate,and chlorophyll content of celery used PASP/PAA interpenetrating network hydrogel as water retaining agent were better than those used commercially available PAA water retaining agent whether under normal watering or drought stress.The photosynthetic rates were 7.82%(normal watering)and 53.40%(drought stress)higher than those in the presence of PAA water-retaining agent,respectively.The chlorophyll contents were 58.33%(normal watering)and 249.70%(drought stress)higher than those used PAA water retaining agent,respectively.
