摘 要:液态有机硅在高速涂布过程中容易产生"雾化"现象。采用端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS-Vi)和含氢聚硅氧烷催化合成交联的有机硅聚二甲基硅氧烷黏弹性液体,采用FTIR和1HNMR对其进行了表征。讨论了雾化抑制剂结构、PDMS-Vi相对分子质量、交联剂的含氢量及雾化抑制剂的质量分数对雾化抑制剂雾化抑制效率(Afe)的影响,并将这种黏弹性液体作为有机硅高速剪切过程的雾化抑制剂,与商业雾化抑制剂进行了对比。雾化抑制剂的凝胶率受原料物质的量之比n(C==C)∶n(Si-H)影响;当PDMS-Vi相对分子质量从5759增大到33750时,雾化抑制效率从85.9%增加到95.9%;含氢聚硅氧烷的含氢量为5.5 mmol/g时,制备的样品具有更好的雾化抑制效率。这些因素会影响雾化抑制剂的交联网络结构,交联密度低、交联结构整齐会使雾化抑制效率提高。Liquid organosilicon is easy to produce"atomization"in the process of high-speed coating.Cross-linked organosilicon polydimethylsiloxane viscoelastic liquids were catalytically synthesized from vinylterminated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS-Vi)and hydrogen-containing polysiloxane and characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.The effects of anti-fogging agent structure,relative molecular mass of PDMS-Vi,hydrogen content of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane(as crosslinker)and mass fraction of anti-fogging agent on the anti-fogging efficiency(Afe)were discussed.The prepared viscoelastic liquids were used as anti-fogging agents in the high-speed shearing process of liquid polydimethylsiloxane and their properties were compared with commercial anti-fogging agents.The results showed that the gelation rate of the prepared anti-fogging agent was affected by n(C==C)∶n(Si—H)in polysiloxane.When the relative molecular mass of PDMS-Vi increased from 5759 to 33750,the anti-fogging efficiency increased from 85.9%to 95.9%.When the hydrogen content of hydrogen-containing polysiloxane was 5.5 mmol/g,the prepared sample had better anti-fogging efficiency.These factors will affect the crosslinking network structure of anti-fogging efficiency.Low crosslinking density and neat crosslinking structure will improve the efficiency of anti-fogging efficiency.
