摘  要:随着特高压直流输电技术的发展,其输送容量、电压、电流等级都在不断提升,作为阀厅核心设备的换流阀,所产生的热量也随之增加。虽然换流阀设备主要由阀冷系统进行冷却,但部分热量依然会通过空气对流的方式传到阀厅中,这部分热量将直接影响阀厅内的空气参数,进而对换流阀的可靠运行产生影响。提出一种换流阀组件及阀塔空气散热量的计算方法,并利用ANSYS Fluent有限元分析软件进行仿真验证,并通过试验验证,最终为换流阀厅空调通风系统的设计提供依据,保证换流阀设备可靠运行。With the development of ultra high voltage direct current transmission technology,the transmission capacity,voltage and current level of which continues increasing,and the converter valve will generates more heat which as one of the core equipments in valve hall.Although the great mass of heat is taken away by the water cooling system,but there is still part of its heat would escape into the valve hall by cross-ventilation,which directly affects the air parameters in the hall,and then affects the reliable operation of the converter valves.A computing method is put forward for the air heat of valve module and tower which is verified through simulation by ANSYS Fluent software,contrasted with the test data,and finally will supply design consideration for the air-conditioning ventilation system of hall,which will ensure the reliable operation of converter valve equipment.
