摘 要:精准扶贫进程中地方高校创新创业教育的战略支点是聚焦扶贫减贫的地域需求,探索“在地化”的话语体系和行动路线,将其深度融于精准扶贫的工作机制。相较于域外高校,地方高校创新创业教育之于精准扶贫的多维需求具有全方位的响应能力,但在实践中二者却处于相对疏离的状态。基于此,可从“在地化”理念、校地“共建共享”机制、“自下而上”教学体系、“多维立体”实践模式四个维度着力,重塑地方高校创新创业教育机制,促进其助力精准扶贫的实现。In the process of targeted poverty alleviation,the strategic pivot of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities is to focus on the demand for local poverty alleviation,to explore the discourse system and development road of“localization”,and to deeply integrate it into the working mechanism of targeted poverty alleviation.Compared with foreign universities,the innovation and entrepreneurship education of local universities is able to have all-round responsiveness to multi-dimensional demand of targeted poverty alleviation.However,these two kinds of universities are in a state of relative alienation in practice.Based on this,local universities should reshape innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism focusing on multiple dimensions,including the idea of“localization”,university-region“co-construction and sharing”mechanism,“bottom-up”teaching system and“multi-dimensional”practice mode,so as to promote the realization of targeted poverty alleviation.
