摘　　要：目的探究针刺治疗与温针灸治疗老年性膝关节疾病的对比差异。方法搜集本院在2018年1月~2019年6月来我院接受治疗的92例老年性膝关节疾病患者,按照来院就编号顺序分成参照组、研究组,各46例,统计两组患者治疗后血清、炎性因子各指标水平与膝关节功能评分情况。结果研究组血清MMP-3、MMP-9、炎性因子IL-1、TNF-a及ALMS2均较参照组显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选用温针灸能够有效降低老年性膝关节疾病血清、炎性因子水平,利于膝关节功能恢复。Objective To explore the difference between acupuncture and warm acupuncture in the treatment of senile knee diseases.Methods 92 elderly patients with knee joint disease who came to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected and divided into reference group and research group according to the number sequence of coming to our hospital.46 patients in each group were divided into reference group and research group.The index levels of serum and inflammatory factors and knee joint function scores of the two groups after treatment were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of MMP-3,MMP-9,IL-1,TNF-a and alms2 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion can effectively reduce the level of serum and inflammatory factors in elderly patients with knee joint disease,which is conducive to the recovery of knee joint function.
