观察糖尿病临床治疗中联合应用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片的价值

摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病临床治疗中联合应用甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片的价值。方法选取我院2018年1月~2019年12月收治的86例糖尿病患者作为研究对象。将所有患者按照随机数字表法分成对照组(予以阿卡波糖片治疗)、实验组(予以甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖片治疗),各43例。总结、比较两组患者的疗效、血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、血清C肽水平及低血糖发生情况。结果相较于对照组,实验组治疗总有效率更高,FPG、2hPG、HbA1C、HOMA-IR、血清C肽水平更低,低血糖发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较有差异性。结论予以糖尿病患者甘精胰岛素联合阿卡波糖片治疗效果确切,利于患者病情改善,且安全性较高,值得推广、应用。Objective To explore the value of combined application of insulin glargine and Acarbose Tablets in the clinical treatment of diabetes.Methods 86 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects.ccording to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The lucose level,HOMA-IR,serum C-peptide level and hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental f FP-IR,serum C peptide was lower,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablet is effective,beneficial to the improvement of patients'condition,and safe,and worthy of promotion and application.
