摘 要:目的建立微波消解-原子荧光法对土壤中砷和汞同时检测的方法。方法样品经微波消解后,取上清液加入盐酸、硫脲和抗坏血酸混合溶液,静置30 min后,通过氢化物发生-双通道原子荧光光谱仪测定。结果砷和汞分别在0.53 ng/ml^30 ng/ml、0.066 ng/ml^3.0 ng/ml范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.999 9。砷、汞的检出限分别为0.080 mg/kg、0.010 mg/kg,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.53%和1.89%。结论该方法灵敏度高、操作简单、准确度高,可用于土壤样品中砷汞的同时快速定量测定。Objective To develop a method for the simultaneous analysis of arsenic and mercury in soil by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods After the microwave digestion of samples,hydrochloric acid and the mixed solution of thiourea and ascorbic acid were added to the supernatant.After standing for 30 min,the results were determined by hydride generation-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometer.Results In this method,arsenic and mercury showed good linear relationships in the range of 0.53 ng/ml-30 ng/ml and 0.066 ng/ml-3.0 ng/ml,respectively.The correlation coefficient of arsenic and mercury was 0.9999.The detection limits of arsenic and mercury were 0.080 mg/kg and 0.010 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation(RSD)were 2.53%and 1.89%,respectively.Conclusion This method has the advantages of high sensitivity,simple operation and high accuracy for simultaneous and rapid determination of arsenic and mercury in soil.
