正奇接骨丹颗粒剂治疗创伤骨折临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析正奇接骨丹颗粒剂治疗创伤骨折临床效果。方法:选择近两年内我院收治的122例创伤骨折患者,以治疗时间为分界点,分成中药治疗组和西药治疗组,每组各61例,中药治疗组采用正奇接骨丹颗粒剂治疗,西药治疗组采用西药治疗,对比两组患者生活质量、治疗效果、疼痛评分等。结果:中药治疗组生活质量较高于西药治疗组,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组治疗效果相较于西药治疗组更好,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组疼痛程度相较于西药治疗组更轻,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组的骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间、软组织恢复时间相较于西药治疗组更少,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:正奇接骨丹颗粒剂治疗创伤骨折临床效果更显著,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Zhengqijiagudan granule in the treatment of traumatic fractures.Methods:122 patients with traumatic fractures were treated in our hospital in the last two years,the first 61 cases were treated with zhengqi gedan granules,the last 61 cases were treated with western medicine,and the quality of life,therapeutic effect and pain score of the two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life in the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of western medicine group(P<0.05)。The pain degree in the Chinese medicine treatment group was lighter than that in the western medicine treatment group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The callus formation time,fracture healing time and soft tissue recovery time in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were less than those in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zhengqi Jiagudan Granule in the treatment of traumatic fractures is more remarkable and worthy of clinical promotion.
