丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗脑梗死后癫痫的临床效果分析

摘  要:目的在脑梗死后癫痫治疗过程中选用丙戊酸钠与左乙拉西进行联合治疗,以此分析其联合应用价值。方法随机选定2016年1月~2018年12月脑梗死后癫痫患者80例,随机抽签方式划分为2个小组:对照组与研究组,其中,对照组实施的治疗措施为:单一丙戊酸钠治疗,研究组实施的治疗措施为:丙戊酸钠联合左乙拉西坦治疗。对组间不同治疗后的临床总有效率、不良反应发生率进行指标对比。结果经数据对比发现研究组的临床总有效率比对照组高,且其不良反应发生率比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异显著。结论采用联合丙戊酸钠与左乙拉西对脑梗死后癫痫患者进行治疗,可将治疗效果显著提高,还有利于降低不良反应发生几率。Objective To evaluate the value of combined application of sodium valproate and levolazil in the treatment of epilepsy after cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty patients with epilepsy after cerebral infarction were randomly selected(from January 2016 to December 2018),and randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group.Among them,the treatment measures implemented in the control group were:For single valproate treatment,the treatment measures implemented by the research group were:sodium valproate combined with levetiracetam.The total clinical effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between groups after different treatments.Results The data comparison showed that the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was significant.CONCLUS ION The combined use of sodium valproate and levolazil in the treatment of patients with epilepsy after cerebral infarction can significantly improve the treatment effect and also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
