地索高诺酮联合炔雌醇治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨观察地索高诺酮联合炔雌醇治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血的疗效。方法此次研究选取2018年1月~2019年11月我院收治的85例围绝经期子宫异常出血患者,根据患者临床治疗方案进行分组观察,使用米非司酮片治疗患者为对照组,使用妈富隆(地索高诺酮炔雌醇复方片)治疗患者为研究组,对比两组患者临床治疗结果。结果研究组患者的临床治疗有效率96%明显高于对照组患者的临床治疗有效率74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用地索高诺酮炔雌醇复方片,作为治疗围绝经期子宫异常出血患者的治疗方案,临床治疗效果明显,具有临床实践价值。Objective To observe the curative effect of desogonolone combined with ethinylestradiol in the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods In this study,85 patients with abnormal perimenopausal uterine bleeding were selected from January 2018 to November 2019.According to the clinical treatment plan of the patients,they were divided into two groups:the control group was treated with mifepristone tablet,and the study group was treated with Marvelon(desolgorone ethinylestradiol compound tablet).Results The clinical effective rate of 96%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 74.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As the treatment of perimenopausal abnormal uterine bleeding,desoprostone ethinylestradiol compound tablet has obvious clinical effect and practical value.
