环孢素A与雄激素治疗再生障碍性贫血的效果和用药不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的研究环孢素A与雄激素在治疗再生障碍性贫血时的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月我院30例再生障碍性贫血患者,随机分为治疗组(16例)和参照组(14例);参照组采取雄激素治疗,治疗组在此基础上采取环孢素A治疗,对比两组患者的血象指标和不良反应发生率。结果首先比较血象指标,数据有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外比较不良反应发生率,治疗组低于参照组,数据有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于再生障碍性贫血患者而言,采取环孢素A联合雄激素治疗时疗效较好,不良反应发生率也得到显著降低,有应用价值。Objective To study the effects of cyclosporin A and androgen in the treatment of aplastic anemia.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,30 patients with aplastic anemia in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group(16 cases)and a reference group(14 cases);the reference group took androgens Treatment,the treatment group took cyclosporin A treatment on this basis,and compared the hematological indexes and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients.Results First compare the blood indicators,the data are different,P<0.05.In addition,comparing the incidence of adverse reactions,the treatment group was lower than the reference group,and the data were different,P<0.05.Conclusion For patients with aplastic anemia,cyclosporine A combined with androgen therapy has a good effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions has also been significantly reduced,which has application value.
