摘　　要：现有的锚杆支护无损检测实验台往往需要人工运送待检测锚杆至实验台上,该过程有费时费力、效率低下、存在安全隐患等问题。据此本文设计了一套锚杆支护无损检测实验台,介绍了其结构组成、工作过程和使用效果。该试验台可以实现待测锚杆台下至台上之间的自动运输,解决了人力输送锚杆存在的低效率和安全隐患,降低了锚杆支护无损检测的难度,具有良好的安全和经济效益。Based on the fact that the existing non-destructive testing test-bed of bolt support often needs manually transporting the bolts to the test-bed,which is time-consuming,labor-intensive,inefficient and hawing potential safety problems.A set of non-destructive testing test-bed for bolt support is designed in this paper.And its composition,working process and application effect are introduced.The test-bed can realize the automatic transportation from the bottom to the top of the test-bed,solve the low efficiency and danger of the manual transportation of the anchor,reduce the difficulty of nondestructive testing of the anchor support,and have good safety and economic benefits.
