摘  要:利用十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)与三氧化二锑(Sb 2 O 3)组成的卤锑阻燃剂对交联聚乙烯进行阻燃改性,研究了阻燃剂含量对交联聚乙烯材料阻燃性能的影响,材料含22.5%DBDPE和7.5%Sb 2 O 3在UL94阻燃测试达到V-0等级。通过体系树脂熔体流动性的优化,可改善高填充量阻燃剂时材料的滚塑加工性能。实验室制备了滚塑用V-0级阻燃交联聚乙烯,并测试了材料的机械性能包括拉伸强度、弯曲模量和缺口冲击强度等。所制材料缺口冲击强度达到43 kJ/m^2。SEM和EDS表征显示阻燃剂在体系内分散较均匀。Decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE)and antimony trioxide(Sb 2 O 3)were selected as antimony-halogen-flame-retardant to improve the flame retardant performance of cross linked polyethylene(XLPE)materials.The effect of the flame retardant contents on the flame retardancy of the XLPE material was studied.The sample containing 22.5%of DBDPE and 7.5%of Sb2O3 could reach V-0 in the UL94 test.The rotational molding performance of material with high filling amount of the flame retardant was improved via optimizing the fluidity of the resin melt fluidity.A V-0 grade flame-retardant XLPE for rotational molding was fabricated and evaluated the mechanical properties,such as,tensile strength,flexural modulus and notched impact strength.The notched impact strength of the material could reach 43 kJ/m^2.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)and energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS)results show that the flame retardant evenly disperses in the system.
