摘 要:对挤出成型(EM)聚醚醚酮(PEEK)和熔融沉积成型(FDM)PEEK试样进行单轴拉伸试验。结果表明,与EM试样相比,FDM试样屈服强度为98.30 MPa,提高4.3%,拉伸模量无明显变化,断裂应变为22.6%,下降87.1%。FDM试样拉伸断口微观形貌显示,试样以脆性断裂为主,伴有部分韧性断裂,试样内部存在大量规则孔洞,显著降低材料的韧性。针对PEEK材料的拉伸过程,通过建立PEEK材料的Johnson-Cook模型,模拟了材料的拉伸断裂过程,vonMises应力最大偏差为5.8%,与试验较符合;从细观尺度模拟研究FDM不同搭接微孔洞对材料力学性能的影响,结果表明,与三尖瓣状微孔洞相比,星形线状微孔洞下制件承受的拉应力下降27.4%,丝材并行搭接将会降低材料的拉伸强度。Uniaxial tensile experiments of polyether ether ketone(PEEK)samples with two different molding methods were carried out.The results show that comparing with the samples by extrusion molding(EM),the yield strength of PEEK samples by fused deposition modeling(FDM)is 98.3 MPa,which has increased 4.3%.The tensile modulus has no significant change,and the fracture strain is only 22.6%,which has decreased 87.1%.The tensile fracture morphology of FDM sample shows that the fracture mode of FDM samples is mainly brittle fracture while ductile fracture is secondary.There are a large number of regular holes in the sample,which significantly reduces the ductility of the material.The Johnson-cook model of PEEK by FDM is established and the tensile fracture process of the sample is simulated.The maximum deviation of von Mises stress is 5.8%,which conforms with the experiment.The effects of different FDM connecting pores on the mechanical properties of the materials are studied by meso-scale simulation.The results show that comparing with tricuspid pores,the tensile stress of workpiece with asteroid pores has decreased 27.4%.The way of wires parallel connecting reduces the strength of workpiece.
