摘 要:以灭火器喷嘴为研究对象,介绍了利用CAE分析软件辅助进行灭火器喷嘴注射模具的设计过程。在前期确定模具结构方案时,结合产品的结构特点和性能特征,采用moldflow软件对塑件进行模流分析,从而确定模具的浇注方案,并在此方案的基础上进行整副模具的设计。利用斜滑块侧向抽芯机构完成灭火器喷嘴轴向方向圆台、圆锥的成型,利用潜伏式浇口实现凝料的自动脱落,模具动作可靠、布局合理,达到了任务要求。Taking the fire extinguisher nozzle as the research object,this paper introduced the design process of the injection mould of the fire extinguisher nozzle with the aid of computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis software.In the early stage of determining the mould structure scheme,combining with the structural characteristics and performance characteristics of the product,Moldflow software was used to analyze the mold flow of the plastic parts,the pouring scheme of the mould was determined,and on the basis of this scheme,the whole mould design was carried out.The inclined slide block side core pulling mechanism was used to complete the forming of the round table and cone in the axial direction of the fire extinguisher nozzle,and the latent gate was used to realize the automatic falling off of the condensate.The mould was designed for working reliability and compact structure,which met the task requirements.
