摘  要:基于含泵头塑料包装瓶受到冲击后的损坏形式,提出一种损坏赋值评价方法。通过对市面上常见的六款含泵头的塑料包装瓶进行了六个不同姿态下的冲击强度测试,获得不同泵头塑料包装瓶在受冲击激励后的损坏形式,建立其损坏量化指标,并构建赋值损坏综合评价方法。结果表明,含泵头塑料包装瓶在45°-1冲击姿态下泵嘴最脆弱,均会发生断裂失效。依据建立的赋值综合评价体系可有效获得含泵头类日化包装瓶的强度排序,并为该类塑料包装瓶的设计优化及缓冲包装设计提供指导依据。Based on the damage forms of plastic bottles with pump head,the damage evaluation approach was proposed.The impact strength tests of six kinds of plastic bottles with pump head in the market were carried out in six different postures.After impact excitation,the damage forms of different bottles with pump head were studied and the damage quantitative indexes were established.Then a comprehensive evaluation approach for assignment damage was built.The results show that the plastic bottles with pump head under 45°-1 impact posture are the most fragile,and the fracture failure would occur in the pump head.The comprehensive evaluation approach could obtain the intensity order of the plastic bottles with pump head,which could provide a guidance for the design and optimization of these kinds of plastic bottles.
