摘  要:通过制备了具有不同界面性质的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/硫酸钠(Na 2 SO 4)、LDPE/钛酸酯偶联剂改性Na 2 SO 4等复合体系,研究改性引起的界面作用对复合材料力学性能和透光性能的影响。通过红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜表征以及透光率、雾度和力学性能的测试,结果表明:红外光谱图显示,在添加钛酸酯偶联剂后,硫酸钠粉体表面出现新的基团;SEM表明,钛酸酯偶联剂和分散剂液体石蜡的添加对体系的分散性均有所改善;随着液体石蜡质量分数增加,复合材料透光率呈下降趋势,雾度呈上升趋势,拉伸强度与断裂伸长率均先增大后减少,特别是当液体石蜡质量分数为0.4%时,复合材料拉伸性能最优;偶联剂改性后的复合材料透光性能和力学性能明显优于未改性复合材料。Low density polyethylene(LDPE)/sodium sulfate(Na 2 SO 4)composites with different interfacial properties were prepared,and the effect of interfacial action on the mechanical and light transmission properties of composites was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FTIR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and measurement of light transmittance,haze and mechanical properties.The results show that new groups appear on the surface of Na 2 SO 4 powders after the addition of coupling agent of organic titanate.SEM shows that the addition of coupling agent of organic titanate and dispersant liquid paraffin could improve the dispersibility of composites.With the increase of mass fraction of the liquid paraffin,the light transmittance of composites decreases,however,the haze increases.The tensile strength and the elongation at break increase first and then decrease,especially when the mass fraction of liquid paraffin is 0.4%,the tensile properties of composites are the best.The transparency and mechanical properties of composites modified by the coupling agent are obviously better than the unmodified composites.
