摘  要:以纳米黏土为成核剂,偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为化学发泡剂,对热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)进行注射发泡成型。研究了发泡体系中不同成核剂含量、不同发泡剂含量对TPU发泡制品的泡孔形态结构及力学性能的影响。结果表明,纳米黏土的添加有利于提高TPU注射发泡试样的发泡效果和回弹性能。当纳米黏土和AC发泡剂的质量分数分别为0.6%和3%时,可得到最佳的发泡效果和回弹性能。Taking nano-clay as nucleating agent and azobisformamide(AC)as chemical foaming agent,thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU)was injection foamed.The effects of different nucleating agent contents and different foaming agent contents on the cell morphology and mechanical properties of TPU foamed products were studied.The results show that the addition of nano-clay is beneficial to improve the foaming effect and resilience performance of TPU injection foam samples.The best foaming effect and resilience performance can be obtained,when the content of nano-clay and AC foaming agent is 0.6%and 3%,respectively.
