摘 要:有机电化学晶体管设计灵活,具有微型性、生物相容性和放大等特性,是近年来发展迅速的研究课题之一。纤维作为优良的柔性材料,在可编织性,与人体相容性方面具有无可比拟的优势。将纤维与有机电化学晶体管相结合,既拥有有机电化学晶体管测试的高灵敏性,又具备可穿戴电子产品的人体相容性与柔性,是一个前景十分光明的研究方向。本文介绍了有机电化学晶体管的相关运行原理、工作模式和常用沟道材料,在有机电化学晶体管的基本器件结构的基础上讨论了有机电化学晶体管器件近些年的发展变化,总结了近年来科研工作者关于纤维基电化学晶体管的研究成果,重点阐述了纤维基有机电化学晶体管在化学传感、生物传感上的应用以及在其他方面的应用探索,最后展望了纤维基有机电化学晶体管未来的发展趋势。Organic electrochemical transistor,with the characteristics of miniaturization,biocompatibility and amplification,is one of the research topics,which has been developing rapidly in recent years.As an excellent flexible material,fiber has incomparable advantages in weaving ability and compatibility with human body.The combination of fiber and organic electrochemical transistors not only has the high sensitivity of organic electrochemical transistor,but also has the human body compatibility and flexibility of wearable electronic products,which is a promising research direction.This paper introduces the operating principle,working mode and common channel materials of the organice lectrochemical transistor.On the basis of describing the basic device structure of organic electrochemical transistors,this paper discusses the development and variation of organic electrochemical transistors in recent years,and summarizes the research results of scientists in recent years on fiber-based electrochemical transistors,especially on the application of fiber-based organic electrochemistry transistorsin chemical and biological sensing and exploration of other applications.Finally,the future development trend of fiber-based organic electrochemical transistors is prospected.
