摘　　要：在明确了涤纶仿麻面料概念的基础上,通过举例说明市场上现有的几款涤纶仿麻面料的结构与特点,分析了涤纶仿麻面料原料从单纯的涤纶长丝到涤纶长丝与多元化纱线结合的演变过程。通过探讨织物厚度、重量、组织、捻度和门幅对涤纶仿麻面料结构的影响,结合市场上对于涤纶仿麻面料织物外观风格和性能特征的具体需求,进一步探讨涤纶仿麻面料的发展趋势。最后指出当前市场中涤纶仿麻面料存在的问题,为涤纶仿麻面料之后的设计生产奠定了基础。In the paper,based on clarifying the concept of polyester hemp fabrics,the structures and characteristics of several polyester hemp fabrics on the market are illustrated by examples,and the evolution process of raw materials of polyester hemp fabric from pure polyester filaments to the combination of polyester filaments and diversified yarns is analyzed.By exploring the influence of fabric thickness,weight,weave,twist and width on the structure of polyester hemp fabrics,the specific requirements for the appearance and performance characteristics of polyester hemp fabrics in the market are combined to further discuss the development trend of polyester hemp fabrics.Finally,the problems of polyester hemp fabrics in the current market are pointed out to lay a foundation for the design and production of polyester hemp fabrics.
