摘  要:目的:探究高原地区临床输血检验中应用低离子凝聚胺技术的价值。方法:选择受血者130例,按照不同检验方案分为观察组(65例,采用低离子凝聚胺技术检验)与对照组(65例,采取盐水法进行检验),观察并分析两组抗体检验结果、凝集细胞例数以及红细胞凝集消失情况。结果:观察组抗-E、抗-e、抗-C、抗-c、抗-D阳性对照凝集强度较对照组显著增高(P<0.05)。观察组中,凝集细胞有13例,检出率20.00%;对照组中,凝集细胞有2例,检出率3.08%。观察组凝集细胞检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中,特异性凝集在3 min内均未消失,非特异凝聚在10 s内消失的有35例(53.85%),在11~20 s内消失的有30例(46.15%)。结论:低离子凝聚胺技术对于抗体检测的灵敏度较高,能够使红细胞准确并快速出现凝集反应,且具有操作简单、耗时较短等优点,可有效预防溶血性输血反应,提升输血安全性,在临床输血中的应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the value of using low-ion condensed amine technology in clinical blood transfusion test in highland area.Methods:A total of 130 patients with blood transfusionswere enrolled in the study.According to different test protocols,they were divided into observation group(65 cases,tested by low-ion condensed amine technology)and control group(65,tested by saline method).The actual effect difference between the two groups of tests is recorded and compared.Results:The agglutination intensity of the anti-E,anti-e,anti-C,anti-c,and anti-D positive controls in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,13 cases were detected for agglutinated cells,the detection rate accounted for 20.00%.In the control group,2 cases were detected for agglutinated cells,and the detection rate accounted for 3.08%.The detection rate of agglutinated cells in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there was no disappearance of specific agglutination within 3 minutes,and 35 cases of non-specific coagulation disappeared within 10 seconds(53.85%),and 30 cases disappeared within 20 seconds(46.15%).Conclusion:The low-ion condensed amine technology has high sensitivity for antibody detection,can make red blood cells accurately and rapidly appear agglutination reaction,and has the advantages of simple operation and short time consumption.It can effectively prevent hemolytic transfusion reaction and improve blood transfusion safety.The application value in clinical blood transfusion is high.
