一例育肥猪猪呼吸道疾病综合征的诊断

摘　　要：猪呼吸道疾病综合征(porcine respiratory disease complex,PRDC)是由多种病原及环境条件等多种因素引起的猪呼吸系统疾病。2019年4月份,湖北省某猪场育肥阶段猪只出现明显的呼吸道症状,且发病率高达60%,死亡率约为8%,造成了严重的经济损失。为了对该病进行诊断,试验采用剖检病变、实验室检测进行诊断,对分离菌进行药敏试验,并根据诊断结果进行防控。结果表明:根据病猪临床症状、剖检病变及实验室检测结果,最后确定该场PRDC是由细菌、病毒混合感染所致。推断可能是猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)与猪圆环病毒2型(PCV-2)混合感染引起免疫抑制后继发多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)和副猪嗜血杆菌(Hps)、猪链球菌(SS)感染所致。可采取改善饲养环境、药物治疗及对猪群进行群体保健等防控措施。说明猪场应重视PRDC的实验室诊断及防控。Porcine respiratory disease complex(PRDC) is a porcine respiratory disease caused by a variety of factors including pathogens and environmental factors. In April 2019, pigs in a fattening stage of a pig farm in Hubei Province showed obvious respiratory symptoms, with an incidence of up to 60% and a mortality rate of about 8%, causing severe economic losses. In order to diagnose the disease, the disease was diagnosed by necropsy, laboratory test, drug sensitivity test for isolated bacteria, and prevention and control were carried out according to the diagnosis results. The results showed that according to the clinical symptoms of the diseased pigs, the necropsy lesions and the results of laboratory diagnosis, it was determined that this case was caused by mixed infection of bacterial and viral. It was speculated that the infection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) and porcine circovirus type 2(PCV-2) caused immunosuppression followed by pasteurella multocida(Pm), haemophilus parasuis(Hps) and streptococcus suis(SS). Prevention and control measures such as improving the living environment, drugs treatment and group health care can be taken. It is suggested that attention should be paid to the laboratory diagnosis, prevention and control of PRDC.
