摘  要:为了对比研究15种免疫增效剂[猫干扰素、犬α干扰素、犬γ干扰素、猪转移因子、鸡转移因子、牛转移因子、灵芝浸泡液、灵芝孢子粉、灵芝浸泡液+灵芝孢子粉、康健灵(多糖)、康健灵+灵芝孢子粉、黄芪多糖、枸杞、脂多糖、四合一干扰素]对鸡减蛋综合征(egg drop syndrome, EDS)免疫效果的影响,试验将160只健康雏鸡随机分成16组,每只鸡颈部皮下注射ND-EDS-IB灭活油乳剂三联苗,每组试验鸡分别给予不同的免疫增效剂(对照组给予等量的生理盐水);在免疫后第0,7,9,11,13,15,17,19,21,24,29,35,38天采血,通过血凝抑制试验(HI)测定其抗体效价,统计并分析数据。结果表明:鸡转移因子、康健灵(多糖)、灵芝浸泡液和四合一干扰素组的免疫效果最佳,犬γ干扰素、灵芝浸泡液+灵芝孢子粉、康健灵+灵芝孢子粉和黄芪多糖组次之。鸡转移因子组与对照组比最先出现显著性差异(P<0.05,高出2 lb以上),且持续时间最长;康健灵(多糖)、灵芝浸泡液和四合一干扰素组的抗体效价分别高达11.00,10.67,10.50 lb。说明鸡转移因子、康健灵(多糖)、灵芝浸泡液、四合一干扰素、犬γ干扰素、灵芝浸泡液+灵芝孢子粉、康健灵+灵芝孢子粉和黄芪多糖均可在临床酌情应用。结合免疫增效的效果、市场价格、购买与使用的方便程度等方面综合考虑,家禽养殖业可优先考虑鸡转移因子,某些珍禽也可考虑康健灵(多糖)、灵芝浸泡液或者四合一干扰素。To compare the effects of 15 immunosynergies [feline interferon, canine α interferon, canine γ interferon, pig transfer factor, chicken transfer factor(CTF), bovine transfer factor, ganoderma lucidum soaking liquid, ganoderma lucidum spores powder, ganoderma lucidum + spores powder, Kangjian Ling(polysaccharide), Kangjian Ling + ganoderma spore powder, astragalus polysaccharides, medlar, LPS, four in one interferon] on the immune effects of chicken egg drop syndrome(EDS), one hundred and sixty healthy chicks were divided into 16 groups randomly with ND-EDS-IB attenuated oil-emulsion vaccine injected, experimental groups were respectively administrated with different immunosynergies while equivalent saline in control group. Blood samples were collected on 0 th, 7 th, 9 th, 11 th, 13 th, 15 th, 17 th, 19 th, 21 th, 24 th, 29 th, 35 th and 38 th day after administration, and the antibody titers were determined by hemagglutination inhibition test(HI) and then the data were statistically analyzed. The results showed that CTF, Kang Jianling(polysaccharide), ganoderma and four in one interferon group showed a most significant effect on immune efficiency, followed by canine γ interferon, ganoderma lucidum +spore powder, Kang Jianling + ganoderma spore powder and astragalus polysacharin. Primal significant difference(P<0.05, 2 lb higher) and longest starting and ending time appeared in CTF group compared with control group. The antibody titers of Kang Jianling(polysaccharide), ganoderma and four in one interferon group were as high as 11.00, 10.67 and 10.50 1 b, respectively. Study showed that CTF, Kang Jianling(polysaccharide), ganoderma, four in one interferon, canine γ interfern, ganoderma lucidum + spore powder, Kang Jianling + ganoderma spore powder and astragalus polysacharin could be used in the clinical as appropriate. By comprehensive consideration with efficiency, market price, purchase and convenient usage, CTF would be the first choice in poultry industry with vaccination, and Kang Jianling(polysaccharide)
