双路径视角下大学生个人信息保持行为研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]探究双路径视角下大学生个人信息保持行为影响因素,加强对大学生群体信息保持行为的了解,为大学生改进个人信息管理行为提供参考。[方法/过程]运用双路径模型,认为大学生对信息保持行为的态度(认知反应、情感反应)受中枢路径(信息相关性、信息有用性)与边缘路径(信息易得性、网络环境)的影响。首先结合相关文献构建模型;其次利用移动经验取样法收集25名在校大学生的个人信息保持行为数据;最后用偏最小二乘法对数据进行分析,根据结果揭示影响因素。[结果/结论]信息有用性、信息相关性影响认知反应,信息易得性与网络环境影响情感反应,因此个人要提高信息认知能力,准确判断信息价值;社会要创造良好环境,减少消极情绪影响;政府应重视信息化建设,规范信息获取平台。[Purpose/significance]Explore the influencing factors of college students’ personal information keeping activities from the perspective of dual-route,strengthen the understanding of college students’ group information keeping activities,and provide reference for college students to improve their personal information management behavior.[Method/process]This paper uses the dual-route model,it is believed that college student’ attitudes toward information keeping activities(cognitive response,emotional response) are affected by central route(information correlation,information usefulness) and edge route(information accessibility,network environment).Firstly,the relevant literature was used to construct a model;secondly,mobile experience sampling method was used to collect personal data retention behavior data of 25 college students;finally,the data was analyzed by partial least squares method,and the influencing factors were revealed based on the results.[Result/conclusion]The study found that information usefulness and information correlation affect cognitive response,information availability and network environment affect emotional response,individuals should improve information cognitive ability and judge the value of information accurately;society must create a good environment and reduce negative emotional impact;the government should attach importance to information construction and standardize information acquisition platforms.
