幸福河湖视角下太湖流域综合调度的思考

摘　　要：本文以太湖流域管理与治理举措中的“综合调度”作为研究重点,在回顾其发展历程的基础上,将其置于建设幸福河湖的视角下重新进行审视和思考,分析存在的问题及问题成因,并以幸福河湖为目标提出具体建议,为今后更好地发挥流域综合调度作用、助推幸福河湖建设提供参考。With a focus on“integrated regulation”of the Taihu Basin,the measures for management and governance are reviewed and studied from the perspective of happy river and lake,on the basis of reviews of its development history.Concrete measures for a happy lake are proposed based on examination of existing problems and main causes,so as to maximize the role of integrated regulation of the basin and strive to make the Taihu a happy lake for the benefit of the people in the future.
