基于“舍时从证”思想对新型冠状病毒肺炎防治的几点思考

摘　　要：“舍时从证”“因时制宜”均起源于《黄帝内经》。“因时制宜”与“舍时从证”一脉相承互为补充,“因时制宜”重视的是“常”,是根据以往规律和经验来施治;而“舍时从证”注重的是“变”,当疾病证候与一般规律不一致时,不能局限于常规,要坚持以证为主,随证施治。新型冠状病毒肺炎有着同样的致病因素,相同的症状,但是由于地域不同,体质不一,有寒湿疫、湿热毒疫之论,治法有发表、攻里之分,用药有辛温、寒凉之别。虽然新型冠状病毒肺炎大部分病证与发病时令是一致的,需要遵循常规,根据诊疗方案做到“因时制宜”,但临证也要注意不拘于时令客邪、不惑于内脱外闭、不执于热病养阴。"Sheshi Congzheng"and"treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions"come down in one continuous line and complement each other."Treatment in accordance with seasonal conditions"attaches importance to"Chang",which is based on previous laws and experience."Sheshi Congzheng"pays attention to"change".When the disease syndrome is not consistent with the general law,it should not be limited to routine,we should adhere to the principle of syndrome,and treat it with syndrome.Corona virus diseasa(COVID-19)has the same pathogenic factors and the same symptoms,but due to differences in regions and constitution,there are discussions on cold-damp epidemic,damp-heat epidemic.The treatment methods are divided into dispersing superficial pathogens and attacking interior pathogens and the medicine is different from pungent and warm,cold and cold.Although most of the COVID-19 syndromes are consistent with the onset of disease,it is necessary to follow the routine and treat in accordance with seasonal conditions according to the diagnosis and treatment plan.Clinical treatment should also pay attention not to be limited to the seasonal visiting pathogen,not confused in the internal collapse and external closure,do not adhere to heat disease to nourish yin.
