“治疫、治血、治咳”在新型冠状病毒肺炎咯血中的应用

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎所致咯血,皆因肺为娇脏,最易为疫气所伤,疫毒化热内迫肺络,血热沸腾,妄行而不能循其常道,且疫毒损伤肺络,不能制约离经之血,遂见咯血。治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎咯血,治疫在于逐邪外出,可根据疫气侵袭所处阶段选用达原饮、麻杏石甘汤合承气汤、异功散等方药;治血在于凉血治血,可选用自拟侧柏叶汤加减;治咳在于理肺,调理气机宣降功能,可选用止嗽散加减。The hemoptysis caused by corona virus diseasa(COVID-19)is due to the delicate of lungs viscera,which is most likely to be caused by epidemic.Epidemic toxin heat internally injures the lung collateral,so the blood can't flow in its meridians.Moreover,the epidemic damages the lung collaterals,causing the blood cannot be restricted from the meridian,so hemoptysis is seen.In the treatment of hemoptysis due to COVID-19,the treatment of the epidemic is mainly to disperse pathogenic qi.According to the invasion stage of pathogenic qi,Dayuanyin,Maxingshigan Plus Chengqi Decoction,and Yigong San can be selected;the treatment of blood is mainly to cool the blood,and the self-made Ceboye Decoction can be used;the treatment of cough is mainly to regulate the lungs,regulate the ventilating and descending function of qi,modified Zhisou San can be used.
