中医外治疗法预防新型冠状病毒肺炎

摘　　要：《理瀹骈文》载“上用嚏,中用填,下用坐”,即上焦病用鼻腔嚏法。新型冠状病毒肺炎病位在肺,属于上焦病,鼻为肺之外窍,与肺相通应,故“上用嚏”可用于预防新型冠状病毒肺炎。由涂鼻法、嗅鼻法、熏鼻法发展而来的药物涂鼻、香囊佩戴、药物熏烧较少用于取嚏,多取其药物作用进行个体或公共场所的疫病预防,疗效较佳。由滴鼻法、灌鼻法、吹鼻法、搐鼻法和塞鼻法发展而来的鼻腔给药,同样也多取其药物作用较好而用于预防。目前可进一步研究针对新型冠状病毒肺炎的防治滴剂或者喷雾剂。Liyue Pianwen says"nose sneeze for upper disease,filling for middle disease,sitting for lower disease",that is,the nose sneeze method is used to treat the Shangjiao disease.The corona virus diseasa(COVID-19)is located in the lungs and belongs to Shangjiao disease.The nose is the external orifice of the lungs and communicates with the lungs.Therefore,"nose sneeze for upper disease"can be used as an external Chinese medicine treatment method to prevent COVID-19.Medicine applied to the nose,medicine in sachets,and medicine fumigation which are developed from the method of applying nose,smelling nose and fumigating nose are less used for sneezing,and the effects of medicine are used for disease prevention in individuals or public places,and the effect is better.Nose administration which is developed from nose drip method,nose irrigation method,nose blowing method,nose twitching method and nose congestion method is also used for prevention.At present,the prevention and treatment drops or sprays for the treatment of COVID-19 can be further studied.The nose probing method mainly induces sneezing,and better retains the sneezing inducing effect in the sneezing method.
