彝医学与中医学关系初探

摘　　要：彝医学是彝族先民根据所创制的太阳周天历法测度日月运行规律,将人体与时空的关系放入宇宙八角这个术数布局之中,结合气候时节推算生命的生长壮老已及在一日、一年的节律变化,在此基础上形成以气浊的升降浮沉的圆运动变化规律阐释生命-时空关系为核心的阴阳疗疾医学理论体系。彝医和中医是对中华上古医药理论的延续和发展,是中国传统医学的重要组成部分。彝文典籍《哎哺啥呃》和《黄帝内经》的学术思想均秉承于上古时期的伏羲先天易学,阴阳五行是二者相关医学理论建立的共同基础,阴阳五行理论是中医、彝医治病用药的理论基础,是判断寒热和虚实的两大坐标。中医、彝医以及中华各个民族创造的医学你中有我,我中有你,共同组成了中国传统医学。Yi medicine is a method of measuring the law of movement of the sun and the moon by the ancestors of the Yi nationality.It puts the relationship between the human body and time and space into the arithmetic layout of the octagonal universe,and calculates the growth and aging of life in accordance with the weather and seasons.On this basis,a theoretical system of Yin and Yang medicine for disease treatment is formed,which takes the ascending and descending of Qi and turbidity as the core and explains the relationship between life and space.Yi medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are the continuation and development of ancient Chinese medicine theory,and are an important part of Chinese traditional medicine.The academic thoughts of the Yi classics Ai Bu Sha E and Huangdi Neijing are both inherited from Fuxi's congenital Yi ology in ancient times.Yin Yang and five elements are the common foundation of their related medical theories.The Ying Yang and five elements theory is the theoretical basis of TCM and Yi medicine in treating diseases,and is the two coordinates of judging cold and heat and deficiency and excess.Chinese medicine,Yi medicine and the medicine created by various Chinese nationalities constitute traditional Chinese medicine.
