摘　　要：银质针疗法作为一种经改良的特殊针灸疗法,在临床多种疾病的治疗中取得了显著疗效,尤其对各种原因导致的疼痛具有较好的即时及远期疗效,且操作安全。银质针对顽固性疼痛疗效明显,顽固性疼痛应作为银质针疗法的绝对适应症。目前,银质针疗法的临床应用研究存在以下问题:①实际临床应用中,银质针疗法仅用于顽固性关节疼痛或软组织疼痛,对内科痛症和顽固型非痛性疾病,如顽固性咳嗽、顽固性便秘等,治疗效果还需进一步验证;②陆氏银质针与宣氏银质针治疗相同疾病的疗效差异有待证实;③银质针疗法针柄放置艾绒与连接导热巡检仪的疗效对比尚无从考证;④对银质针疗法结合中药口服的疗效研究较少;⑤银质针的临床治疗规范及消毒措施缺乏统一标准。因此,在今后的研究中,需加强对银质针疗法的作用机制研究,加大临床研究样本量,对不同治疗方法疗效的差异性进行比较,明确临床适应症,规范银质针疗法的使用。As a modified special acupuncture therapy,silver needle therapy has achieved significant effects in the treatment of various clinical diseases,especially for pain caused by various reasons,with good immediate and long-term effects,and safe operation without side effects.The silver needle is effective for intractable pain,and intractable pain should be used as an absolute indication for silver needle therapy.At present,the clinical application research of silver needle therapy has the following problems:①In actual clinical application,silver needle therapy is only used for intractable joint pain or soft tissue pain.For medical pain and intractable non-painful diseases,such as intractable cough and intractable constipation,the therapeutic effect needs further verification.②The difference between Lu's silver needle and Xuan's silver needle in the treatment of the same disease remains to be confirmed.③The comparison of the curative effect of silver needle therapy with moxa placed on the needle handle and connected to a thermal inspection instrument has not yet been verified.④There are few studies on the curative effect of silver needle therapy combined with oral Chinese medicine.⑤The clinical treatment norms and disinfection measures of silver needles lack uniform standards.Therefore,in future research,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the mechanism of silver acupuncture therapy,increase the sample size of clinical studies,compare the differences in the efficacy of different treatment methods,clarify clinical indications,and standardize the use of silver acupuncture therapy.
