摘  要:目的:观察南瓜叶总黄酮对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂、氧化应激及血液流变学的影响。方法:采用高脂乳剂灌胃法建立大鼠高脂血症动物模型,然后随机分为空白组、模型组、阿托伐他汀钙片组、南瓜叶总黄酮高剂量组、南瓜叶总黄酮低剂量组各10只。各组大鼠给予相应药物灌胃,每天1次,连续给药6周,末次给药2 h后,处死大鼠,取血清检测血清中三酰甘油(triacylglycerol,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterin,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、丙二醛(malonaldehyde,MDA)和总抗氧化能力(total antioxidant capacity,T-AOC);取全血及血浆检测血液流变学相关指标。结果:与空白组比较,模型组动物血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA水平升高,HDL-C水平降低,SOD、GSX-PX、T-AOC水平降低,血液流变学相关指标均呈现升高趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:南瓜叶总黄酮可有效改善高脂血症模型大鼠血清血脂水平,提高机体抗氧化能力,降低氧化应激反应,改善血液流变学相关指标。Objective:To observe the effects of pumpkin leaf total flavonoids on blood lipids,oxidative stress and hemorheology in hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:High-fat emulsion gavage method was used to establish a rat hyperlipidemia animal model.The animals were randomly divided into blank group,model group,atorvastatin calcium tablets group,pumpkin leaf total flavonoids highdose group,and pumpkin leaf total flavonoids low-dose group,10 rats in each group.Rats in each group were given corresponding medicine by gavage,once a day,for 6 weeks.Two hours after the last administration,the rats were sacrificed and the serum was taken to detect triacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterin(LDL-C),High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malonaldehyde(MDA)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC);whole blood and plasma are collected to detect hemorheology-related indicators.Results:Compared with the blank group,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and MDA in the model group increased,HDL-C levels decreased,and SOD,GSX-PX,and T-AOC levels decreased.The related indexes of hemorheology all showed a rising trend,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Pumpkin leaf total flavonoids can effectively improve blood lipids in hyperlipidemia model animals,increase the body's antioxidant capacity,reduce oxidative stress,and improve blood rheology related indicators.
