疏肝降火汤联合心理干预治疗肝郁火旺型高血压

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝降火汤联合心理干预治疗肝郁火旺型高血压的临床疗效。方法:200例肝郁火旺型高血压患者随机分为中药组(口服疏肝降火汤)、西药组(口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg·d^-1)、中药+心理干预组(口服疏肝降火汤+心理干预)、西药+心理干预组(口服苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg·d^-1+心理干预)各50例。治疗后,比较各组患者的血压水平、临床证候评分。结果:动态血压指标比较:中药+心理干预组与中药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+心理干预组与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);西药+心理干预组与中药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+心理干预组与西药+心理干预组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医证候评分比较:各组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+心理干预组与中药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+心理干预组与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与西药组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组与西药+心理干预组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药+心理干预组与西药+心理干预组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝降火汤联合心理干预治疗肝郁火旺型高血压疗效确切,可显著降低患者动态血压指标及中医证候评分。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianghuo Decoction combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of hypertension of the type depressed liver qi and effulgent fire.Methods:200 patients with hypertension of the type depressed liver qi and effulgent fire were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(oral Shugan Jianghuo Decoction),western medicine group(oral amlodipine besylate tablets 5 mg·d^-1),Chinese medicine+psychological intervention group(oral Shugan Jianghuo Decoction+psychological intervention),western medicine+psychological intervention group(oral amlodipine besylate tablets 5 mg·d-1+psychological intervention),with 50 cases in each group.After treatment,the blood pressure level and the improvement of clinical syndromes were compared in each group.Results:Comparison of ambulatory blood pressure indexes:the difference was statistically significant between the Chinese medicine+psychological intervention group and the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05);the difference was statistically significant between the Chinese medicine+psychological intervention group and the western medicine group(P<0.05);the difference between the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the western medicine+psychological intervention group and the Chi-nese medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the western medicine+psychological intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of TCM syndrome score:before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in each group;the difference between Chinese medicine+psychological intervention group and Chinese medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between Chinese medicine+psychological intervention group and western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.
