摘  要:将轮廓法与固有应变理论相结合,利用试件焊缝横向切割面应力释放产生的轮廓变化,通过切割面轮廓起伏数据计算构件的固有应变,再利用固有应变模拟获得焊接构件内部纵向残余应力的三维分布.将所得结果与数值模拟、小孔法所得结果进行对比验证,证明了轮廓法与固有应变相结合方法的可靠性,对于焊接构件残余应力的三维分布实验测量具有重要应用前景.A new method for measuring three-dimensional(3D) residual stress by combining the contour method and the inherent strain theory is proposed. After measuring the fluctuation data of the cut planes caused by the release of stress, the inherent strain is obtained. The inherent strain is used to derive the 3D internal residual stresses. Comparing the results to numerical simulation and the small-hole method results proves the reliability of the method, the reliability of the contour method, and the inherent strain theory. Therefore, this new method can be widely applied to measure the 3D residual stress of materials in the future.
