全媒体时代高校廉政文化建设中的问题及其对策

摘　　要：高校廉政文化建设对培育立德树人的校园文化和形成良好的社会政治生态具有重要作用。全媒体时代高校廉政文化建设既迎来机遇也面临挑战。全面从严治党的新常态新要求、全媒体时代传播媒体的多元化、中国特色社会主义先进文化的丰富性,为高校廉政文化建设提供了方向和动力。存在的问题主要表现在主观上对廉政文化建设的认知缺失和客观上对廉政文化资源的开发不足两个方面。因此,要充分运用全媒体时代的用户思维、平台思维和共享思维等打造廉政文化精品,夯实廉政文化建设物资人力基础,进一步推进全媒体时代背景下的高校廉政文化建设。Clean governance culture in higher education institutes is of vital importance for nurturing a campus culture of morality and talents and for the formation of a favorable political ecology in the society.The coming of the omni-media era brings opportunities and challenges as well to the construction of clean governance culture,problems mainly found in the lack of subjective awareness and the insufficient exploitation of objective resources.New requirements of the new normal of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party,diversity of medias in the era of omni-media,and abundance of advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics provide direction and motivation for the construction of clean governance culture in higher education institutes.As regard the construction strategy,mentalities for users of the platform and for sharing have to be applied so that this clean governance culture construction can be comprehensively promoted.
