摘　　要：国家监察体制改革启动以来,在依规治党和依法治国相统一、党内监督和国家监督相统一、执纪监督和执法监察相统一的背景下,纪检监察机关对内部机构设置进行了探索。应当按照集中决策、一体运行、职能分设、权力制约的原则,同时借鉴域外监察机构独立化、专业化、全面化的成功经验,从强化审查调查机构、扩充预防腐败机构、重视宣传教育机构、完善支援保障机构、构建内部协同制约机制等方面改进纪检监察内部机构设置。The debut of the reform with national supervision and inspection mechanism initiated the exploration of discipline inspection agencies into the establishment of their internal organs against the background of unification of Party administration by regulations and state administration by law,unification of inner-Party supervision and national supervision,unification of discipline inspection and law-enforcement inspection.Principles of collective decision making,unified operation,function separation,and power restriction to be applied,successes of foreign countries in independence,specialization and comprehensiveness of supervising organizations to be drawn on,internal structures of supervising organizations are to be improved as regard strengthening the investigation and trial organs,expanding corruption-prevention organs,emphasizing education and propaganda organs,perfecting safeguarding organs,and structuring internal coordination mechanisms,etc.
