我国农村留守老人文化福利建设的问题与对策——以安徽省X镇为例

摘　　要：为了解农村留守老人的文化福利建设情况,促进农村地区精神文明建设,通过对X镇农村留守老人文化福利建设现状的研究,发现现阶段存在文化产品的数量和内容不能满足留守老人需求、文化福利的配套设施和服务不完善、文化福利发展保障不足、提供主体单一及农村留守老人对文化福利的认识不足等问题。针对上述问题,提出了改进文化产品的数量和内容、完善文化福利建设的配套设施和服务、加大文化福利发展的资金保障力度,以及增强农村留守老人自身对文化福利的认识加快立法进程等建议,进一步促进农村留守老人的文化福利建设。In order to understand the cultural welfare construction of left-behind elderly in rural areas and promote the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas,through research on the current situation of cultural welfare construction of left-behind elderly in X Town,it finds that at present,the cultural welfare construction of the left-behind elderly people in rural areas still exists problems:the quantity and content of rural cultural products cannot meet the needs of left-behind elderly people;the supporting cultural welfare facilities and the service is not perfect;the welfare development guarantee is insufficient and the main body of providing is single;the rural left-behind elderly people have insufficient knowledge about cultural welfare.Therefore,suggestions are made to improve the quantity and content of cultural products,improve cultural welfare and build related facilities and services,increase capital security,enhance the rural left-behind elderly′s own understanding of cultural welfare,speed up the legislative process,and to further promote the cultural welfare construction of the left-behind elderly people in rural areas.
