摘 要:通过长时间的跟随对比试验,发现SWRH82B高碳钢小方坯横截面厚度方向上至少存在三个不同的宏观偏析区域,三个区域是随着连铸进程分别在不同的凝固条件下依次形成的,并存在一定的内在联系。笔者简述了其各自的成因,提出了现有连铸条件下相应的控制方向以指导生产实践。Through a long time follow-up comparison test,three different macroscopic segregation regions at least had been found in the direction of cross section thickness of SWRH82B high carbon steel billet by the author,which were formed successively under different solidification conditions during the continuous casting process,and there were certain internal relations between them.The paper briefly describes the causes for the three different macroscopic segregation regions and presents the corresponding control direction under the present continuous casting condition to guide the production practice.
