摘 要:以低焊接裂纹敏感性煤矿液压支架用钢AH70DBD为试验材料,测试了该低碳贝氏体钢变形奥氏体的连续冷却转变行为,制定了焊接CCT曲线,并研究了t8/3不同冷却时间下的组织转变规律,焊接冷裂纹敏感性试验表明在不预热条件下焊接可以防止冷裂纹产生,焊接接头综合力学性能检验结果表明AH70DB钢板焊接接头的焊接质量良好、综合力学性能优良,能够满足煤矿液压支架用钢的设计和使用要求。The continuous cooling transformation behavior of the low carbon bainite steel deformed austenite was tested with the steel AH70DBD used in low-welding crack sensitive coal mine hydraulic support,and the welding CCT curve was established.The microstructure transformation of t8/3 at different cooling times is studied,and the sensitivity test of welding cold cracks shows that welding can prevent the formation of cold cracks under unpreheated conditions,and passes the comprehensive mechanical properties test of welding joints.The results show that the welding joint of AH70DB steel plate has good welding quality and good comprehensive mechanical properties,and can meet the design and application requirements of steel for hydraulic support in coal mine.
